Biography
Benaya is one the founding partners of SGS Law Firm specializing in corporate laws, financial technology and insurance.
He is a law graduate of Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. He started his career at Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren Attorneys at Law where he assisted various merger and acquisition, fintech, insurance, employment and litigation as well as general corporate matters. He was seconded to two of the leading multinational insurance companies in Indonesia in 2020 and 2021 as its in house legal counsel for the merger and acquisition of such companies and handling corporate matters. He also worked as in house legal counsel for leading information & technology as well as insurance broker company. He has worked for one of leading fintech (peer-to-peer lending) company in Indonesia.
